Summary: Practical Financial Protection at Last
Review: At first, I had trouble stomaching the higher price.  Asset Profile is the most complete book I've read on how to use Nevada corporations for asset protection and financial privacy.  I was surprised (pleasantly)that the author went into such detail (i.e. how to file liens against your own property using the corporation, the tax code, nominee stockholders, nominee officer services, etc.)  The manual is practical and an easy read.  But don't expect to get through it in a weekend.  The volume of information is great, and it took me some time to really get through it.  I like how he supports his claims with the tax code and statutes that you can look up yourself, if you wanted to. But again, there's alot of information.  So if that's what you really want, get it.  If you're a lazy reader and the detail is not your "schtick", then get something else that's not so meaty.

Summary: great book with two catches
Review: The book is an easy read but there's much more to know about this subject. There are issues about asset protection, or financial privacy, that I didn't consider until I read this manual. It's a heavy three ring binder. Tax and other laws support the claims. I would not recommend this for bedroom reading. But it's great if you really want to protect your [self] from a lawsuit or divorce. I gave it to my attorney and he wasn't disappointed either. It's a little different in its layout but easy to figure out. In comparison to other resources, this ranks high on my list.

Summary: great book with two catches
Review: This book is very detailed but has two catches. First, this book covers asset protection using domestic entities and only nominally addresses the use of entities domiciled in foreign jurisdicitions. Second, I made the mistake of paying Amazon $95 for this book and found out only later that it is available for $40 at assetprofile.com
