Having gone through a probate, I can tell you that this is something you want to avoid.Mary Randolph does an excellent jobs of giving you simple techniques that let you bypass most or all of the probate process. Again, the book is worth the money.

Rating: Summary: 8 Ways to Avoid Probate by Mary Randolph Review: I rate this book very highly. It was very informative and easy to follow. Each section covered the topics to the fullest. This book is very easy to understand and I would recommend it to anyone looking for answers on how to avoid probate and how to go about making a living trust. There are many books on the market about this subject, but I feel this book covers it all.
