Summary: Too bad I read it and not my boss
Review: This book is pretty good. As I read it, I thought, "Been there, seen that," to many of the examples of poor management. I especially liked the chapter on spending time in the trenches. I agree that if you don't actually do a job, you have no right to act like an expert and criticize somebody else's job. I read this book very fast, and didn't find myself bored at all. You'll like it.
