Rating: Summary: The Bible of Business Letters Review: I refer to this book all the time. The author has obviously had much experience working in the corporate world. The situations are quite common and the letter-writing style is terrific. In each case, the issue is handled in a well-organized and non-threatening manner. I have used many of the letters almost verbatim, and I have always gotten the response that I want.
