Summary: Taking Personal Responsibility to Lead.
Review: Dr. Seteroff's work is a wonderful reminder that each of us is personally responsible for taking leadership. Gone are the days when leaders are respresented by the top of the organization's hierachy. Through our passion and by taking personal responsibility we demonstrate the true principles of leadership. This work is quite accessible to all employees and a terrific addition to current training and development efforts aimed at helping every worker understand and apply leadership and followership practices.

Summary: You Need To Read This Book !!!
Review: I once was a student of Dr. Seteroff's in 1997 while attending Chapman University. He course was one of the most rewarding I have ever taken. I have since continued on to earn an MBA and am currently attending dental school. Even after all of those courses and several corporate jobs, I consider the things he taught to be an important part of my success.

I highly encourage people who want to benefit from the hard won wisdom of a great thinker and high performer to read this book. You will not be disappointed!

Summary: Author
Review: This work was written to answer a demand from colleagues and students for something that they could share with their boss, peer, or subordinate. Essentially, the thrust is that one can exercise leadership from whatever position you find yourself in the organization. If you understand the tools used, you can make a significant impact to benefit both yourself and your organization. It is short enough to be read in one afternoon, provides references to additional readings, and hopefully enough meat to last a lifetime. Feedback would be greatly appreciated.
