Review: I was blown away. This easy-to-read book is a salvation and a demonstration that complicated problems sometimes only require simple answers. The concepts that are described reaffirm your intuition and gently challenge your comfort zone as a manager. I think that if you're willing to be open to change, the changes that are laid out within Buried Alive! are impactful and will achieve nearly immediate results. Outstanding concepts, simple to understand, easy to implement. I'm very impressed and will recommend the book to anyone who wants to improve their organization from top down or bottom up.
