Review: This book is statistical analysis only and does not provide any insight as to how women can break out of the pink-collar ghetto. After reading a Chicago Tribune article which highly recommended this book, I was under the impression that this book would offer solutions. It does not and unless you are a stastician, you won't make it through the first chapter. Very disappointing.
