Rating: Summary: Easy to read, great marketing tidbits, stress-free reading Review: I found the book to be a very enjoyable read. Not deep and difficult to comprehend...but light, innovative, and enlightening -- full of great marketing tips that are easy to implement and very enjoyable to take advantage of. GREAT information for entrepreneurs! Each page contains a new marketing idea, and you can read a few pages, put it down, and return to it later for more ideas. Easy to digest. It's a winner!
Rating: Summary: This book should be called: "303 Marketing stories" Review: I got this book a couple of months ago, and was highly let down. This book is filled with mainly stories on the subjects, very few tips if any that helped me, and not a how to guide in marketing. Like I thought I was getting. See! they marketed me, and I bought this book. From just reading the table of contents I thought they were gonna give me a step by step for each marketing tip and they didn't. I went ahead and spent the money on the Sales and marketing guide from Entrepreneurs Smallbizbooks.com, and it was well worth the money (...). so if you want a step by step guide on marketing get that one, if you want a story book for bed get this one. Would I buy this book again? Well, yes; it makes a great book for my coffee table, but I would not buy it, if it was guaranteed to boost my sales...
Rating: Summary: No substance! Very disappointing. Review: This book really stunk! I was expecting to get information about marketing, but it was filled with a lot of fluff like "be sure to have a well-written marketing plan"...gee, do you think? It wasn't a how-to at all, just little quips of very generic advice, without any real examples to back up what people were saying. I was very disappointed.
