A Step-by-Step Guide to Starting an Effective Mentoring Program

Review: This book asks lots of great questions and makes a lot of great statements. However, it lacks any depth as far as providing practical information about implementing a mentoring program. (eg. no examples, case studies, etc...)

The content is a good introduction to mentoring - but probably comprable to what you'd find in a chapter in most any "Managing 101" type of book.

I would not recommend this book.
