Mr. Spath assessed the qualities of numerous functioning safety committees in New England and reports on the key qualities that make the successful committees function well. Although the assessments were largely performed in non-union shops, the qualities of successful committees are universal. This book is an excellent resource for committee members wanting to start a new committee or members who want to make an existing committee be the best.
