Summary: My highest recommendation for diversity acceleration
Review: Dr. Melvin Gravely's book is a quick read with intense and valuable messages, including a structure (in parable form) for acceleration of minority entrepreneurship in your community. Our community leaders, black and white, who "get it" (i.e., understand the imperative for inclusion to prevent our community from being left behind) read this book, and immediately invited Dr. Mel to speak to us. Dr. Mel's highly intelligent and inspiring book has helped us launch a diversity acceleration project which we believe will have a very positive impact on our minority economic development (which has been stalled for a great many years).I am a white, serial entrepreneur, and director of a business incubator. The book is great, and Dr. Mel is an amazing individual.

Summary: Taking on tough issues
Review: This is a wonderful book! This book goes directly to the tough issues that involve race and business. How do you move forward in a positive and progressive manner, and balance the historical baggage that comes with race issues? Race issues are incredibly sensitive and once you bring money into the equation it makes the issue even more potentially explosive. This book makes you think about thoughtful ways to address these issues. This book has become a reference guide for me immediately
