Review: This book is admazing. The story factor is an "old" yet very new tool on how to shape culture I give lectures all over the nation on story telling and I would not think of not having this on my reference list. IT is eazy to read, insightful and engergic. This book has captured a new way for me to teach, think and does provide a new tool for leadership to understand their staff in a new way. I truly enjoyed reading the book and highly recommend others to do so. Annette Simmons is creative in her approach of describing Story and it is very rememborable.
