Summary: A must-read for Yankovic fans
Review: Most of us who like Frankie Yankovic have been able to get only a glimmer of the man himself, through liner notes and a video. This book completes the picture. Author Robert Dolgan lets Frankie speak for himself, even allowing the blue-collar English to come through unedited -- "let me tell you about a jaunt me and the Yanks took recently". Yankovic's complicated life through the mid-70s is covered in a way that finally allows his fans to understand what made this top-notch showman tick.
