Review: Ms. Maamari perfectly describes the "Poker face" behind serving. The book is well written, easy and enjoyable to read. It's filled with humor, truth and just the right amount of bitterness that goes along with restaurant serving.

Having served in restaurants for a number of years myself, her book hits on all the things we notice about people in our job.

Everyone should benefit from this book. Servers will have a laugh as they identify with Rima's tales. And hopefully, "Guests" will learn a thing or two themselves.
