Yes, this is a good place to start in Berg studies.

Curious thing though: how is it that Cambridge has a Berg Companion, and not a Schoenberg Companion? Answer: because Berg is more easily pigeonholed; and Schoenberg remains vastly unpopular due to his iron ethos--though he was Berg's teacher and superior artist!
