Summary: Amazing!
Review: A very strong and interesting book. He is not hiding anything in this autobio.. and he told everything about his gangsta' life and also how he became an OG (Crip).
Now after reading this, I listen to his CDs all differently. First, they were just A rap CDs,but now they r Snoop's CDs.

Buy it or rent it or borrow it from the library, but u must read it if u like snoop!!

Summary: could be worse...
Review: Does anyone out there understand what a Gost Writer is? I suppose not... A gost writer is someone that writes peoples books for them. If only a famous personality could actually go out and write a best selling book all by themself. In a perfect world...
But setting this aside, Snoop's literary creation isn't that bad. I think he contradicts himself entirly too much,. but what can I say? It frustrates me to bump his almums and hear him drawling on about Thug this and Thug that, only to go out and write some preachy tale about how gangs and drugs are wack.
However, for some reason or another, I respect Snoop as an artist and a family man.
And despite the fact that his new stuff sucks, his book was sitll partially enlightening.
Peace out.

Summary: Snoop's life is worth reading...
Review: Well, I must say I liked the book. I am an atheist so all the God talk was slightly hard to read, but I enjoyed Snoop's positive attitude and honesty. He has lived an interesting life, and I find it very cool to listen to his music now, knowing his relationships with Warren G and Dr. Dre and Suge Knight/Death Row. What I found odd was the somewhat hypocritical life Snoop now lives, talking about peace and understanding and God, vs. his music which says a very different thing. There is no explanation for this in the book. How can one man go from Gangsta violence to peace without an explanation? I can't say this was the best book I have ever read, but it wasn't bad...
