Review: I am a recovering alcoholic and I thank Jean Kirkpatrick for my sobriety today. Ms. Kirkpatrick is the founder of the Women for Sobriety "New Life" Program which is the first self-help recovery program exclusively for women. Women For Sobriety groups are world-wide and offer support for the alcoholic woman. This book was my first step toward sobriety. I now attend AA meetings and have been sober for 14 months.

If you are female and think you have a drinking problem, don't delay in getting this book.
