Review: Author Flowers know where of she speaks--the mind of the serial killer. I have admired her other true crime sagas but I think this is her best. Definitely required reading for anyone who wants to understand the tortured pysche of those predators among us or, sadly, to truly understand American society at the close of the last and the beginning of the new century.
