Summary: Leaves much to be desired...
Review: I bought this book to learn more about one of my favorite musicians. Instead, this book simply provides random quote after quote. I didn't learn anything from this book that I didn't know before, it provided very little insight into the artist himself. It was also very short (only 95 pages). Hardly enough to describe anything in detail. One plus though, were the photos. Seeing pictures of Peter Gabriel in concert was a great quality of the book. If you want a light read about a great musician, then this is the book for you. If you really want to learn something about the artist himself, look elsewhere.

Summary: Peter Gabriel - the man himself
Review: In this book, Peter Gabriel talks about everything from his childhood experiences, musical influences, the inspirations for his music and gives the meanings to his music and songs. An all-round excellent book for those interested in music, world music, and musical advances or even the man himself
