Summary: Waiting for love
Review: "A rock and a hard Place" is the emotional story of a little boy's destructive life's battles. Anthony is the child of parents who could care less about anyone other than themselves. They scarcely feed him, dress him carelessly, best him senseless, and have no problems with him being pedophile by close friends. A child alone in New York City, with nowhere to refugee to but the dangerous City subways, Struggling to stand & face the life he has, Where day after day is a lonely hell to him. His best friend is the only person who knows about his situation, and is the only one Anthony can depend on. Times get worse for Tony so much so that he decides his the only way for relief is to kill himself. Scared and determined, he call a suicide prevention hotline, say that " I don't know if I called because I needed to talk to someone who care for me, or Because I wanted someone to talk me out of it." It was that call that would forever change his life. From that night on he'd finally be safe and secure. As a few months pass for what he'd call "Paradise", he finds out he's contracted the AIDS virus from being molested by his mother's friend. As his health begins to deteriorate within the following months, he only seems to be happy. Not because he knows that he's going to finally be at peace, but because he finally got the Love, and Family he and every other child deserves. A fourteen-year-old boy with amazing knowledge, an astonishing story to tell, and so much sophistication, Anthony Godby Johnson is a role model and inspiration 4 people of every age. I recommend "A rock and a hard Place" to readers of all sorts, you understand after reading this book that, a broken heart equals a another lesson learned, and mending it can be a process that (for better or worse) can make or break you.

Summary: THIS STORY IS A COMPLETE HOAX!!!!!!
Review: BEWARE FOLKS YOU ARE GETTING SCAMED!!This child has never been shown to exist and indeed many investigators have found there to be no such person! The poster who wrote:

4) the writer (and defenders) use the "right to privacy" argument to defend their anonymity;

6) basic factual details of their stories do not check out or are found to be false;
7) the best suspects for continuing the hoax is their mother, who has pretended to be the writer; and
8) due to emotional manipulation and the subject matter, those taken by the hoax tend to be very defensive. They have so much emotional investment in believing the hoax that it is psychologically easier to ignore the troubling facts than to admit the deep betrayal." IT'S A HOAX PEOPLE WAKE THE FARK UP. if it were not by now the child would come forward. 'He' has not.

Summary: Emotional Roller Coaster
Review: This is one of the best Memoir/Autobiographies I have read in a while. The open and honest reflection of child abuse and sexual abuse reminds me a great deal of another book I read titled "Nightmares Echo". The courage and determination of these books astound me. I rate this book highly as a must read for anyone over the age of 15 do to the content of the book. It is powerful.
