Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Excellent biography of Obregon
Review: After ten years of civil war, Alvaro Obregon was the 'last man standing.' This is a very good book detailing Obregon's path from before the outbreak of hostilites, when he was a small farmer in Sonora, and concludes when he takes power from Carranza and becomes President of Mexico. For anyone wanting a good grounding in the Mexican Revolution, this is a must read.
