Review: This book reflects and mirrors our own inner state. I enjoyed reading about Mr. Altschuler's presence of mind and approach to life. I visited New England in the fall and I kept thinking about what it would be like to live in a small cabin and experience the quiet and my own mindstate under such conditions.
