This book offers inspiration to anyone who has ever faced adversity, and thought they were alone. Even in the privileged world of genius, Ivy League schools, and top-notch law firms, McDonald clearly demonstrates that loneliness, despair, and violation can immobilize even the brightest and most gifted person. Project Girl is a motivating and heroic account of one woman's journey through darkness. Obviously, McDonald has found her light at the end of the tunnel.
