Review: Boreham has been quoted lately by a popular Christian apologist by the name of Ravi Zachariah. He takes the reader through his childhood in England at a time when Moody and Spurgeon were holding meetings there. His dry wit makes his parents' struggles to feed, clothe and educate 10 children a delight to read. He died in 1959, but this book brings back an innocent time that many Americans can still remember.
