Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Spiritually moving...truly an inspiration Review: Father Dominic whisks you into his world by sharing his personal moments with God and how God uses him even at the most unexpected times. Dominic opens his heart and soul with a breath of honesty and passion for God's calling in his life. His spiritually moving stories have a special way of evoking emotion and causing reflection into how God is calling each one of us. This book is beautifully written...Father Dominic is truly an inspiration for us all.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: lled By Name Review: How generous of Father Dominic to take us into his world, and allow us to see it through his eyes! At a time when many people are focusing on the terrible misdeeds of a relatively small amount of priests, it is delightful to spend time with this book, visiting with one of the many really devoted priests, who are focused on doing God's will. As the sister of a priest who loved to tell stories, I feel as if I have known Father Dominic all my life, even though I have never met him. His ability to be open about his feelings will help all of those who read this book to better understand the human aspect of our spititual leaders. I highly recommend this book, not only for personal use, but as a special gift for someone you care about.
Rating: ![3 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-3-0.gif) Summary: Some(one) was missing Review: I read and enjoyed Fr. Grassi's volume. His stories of how his encounters with his parishioners supported him, and how he was able to touch them with his evident pastoral gifts, were often moving.
The longer I read, though, I thought I was missing something. While Fr. Grassi is a Catholic priest and speaks of his delight in participating the sacraments of Eucharist, baptism, marriage, there was little -- actually nothing -- which would suggest that he was more than nominally a Christian -- and I say that as a fellow Catholic.
Using Amazon's search-inside-the-book feature, my recollection of the books' content was confirmed. When searching for "Jesus" in the book, the response of Amazon's search engine is: "No reference to Jesus in this book."
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: lled By Name Review: What a wonderful book! In these troubled times, this is THE book to read. Fr. Grassi is an expert story-teller and shares his life's tales with such feeling. He makes me laugh, and he makes me cry. When all is said and done, he renews my faith in humankind. I look forward to many more of his stories!
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: A Book for All Review: You don't have to be Catholic to enjoy and benefit from this book. It is a collection of stories about hope, disappointment, success, failure, perseverence, and the entire range of the human condition. It is a tonic for our cynical times.
