Summary: Well written book on Stalag Luft I
Review: I bought 3 copies of this book one for my son and one for my daughter so that they could see what life was like for their grandfather and I kept a copy. The book was riveting and especially the pages on Hauptmann von Beck who showed kindness to the prisoners by smuggling food in his trousers into the South Compound.
