Review: This book is action packed from front to back. I like how Marcinko doesn't try and water down the content of the book to much. He leaves to true flavor in it to make all the more exciting.

In light of recent world events, it would do us all good to pay attention to what this man has to say about readiness, anti-terrorist tactics, and our ability to counter terrorism at home and abroad.

Review: Marcinko is the real deal! Whoever isn't making a movie out of this book is missing the boat. The former SEAL Commander tells it like it is. This straight-no chaser account of SpecWar Navy and historic events leaves the reader's jaw hanging open. His views on teamwork and unit integrity should be the Golden Rule, not the exception. This book is not for the meek. Read Rogue Warrior and your eyes shall be opened.

For these of you who dont agree with Politics this and the rest of the Rogue Warrior Series are the book's for you. Richard Marcinko may be the greatest Navy Seal that ever lived, This book describes his training, the war he fought in Vietnam, his tactics, and he also tells How the navy has changed and tried to despose of him. Summary: Testosterone-fuelled, angst-free, individualist goes to war.
Review: If you are the type of person to have doubts about anything you'll find Dick Marcinko a refreshing change from your daily world. D.M. reads like a creature from a different place and time. In fact, you might as well consider him the "Harry Flashman" of the 1990's and this centuries archtypical soldier. A real page-turner for any fan of militaria and even for those who aren't. Even rampant feminists should be able to at least reinforce some male stereotypes or have a chuckle at some of the new ones D.M. creates. All in all, a great read for anyone.

Summary: Marcinko has created a military masterpiece!
Review: Rogue Warrior is the greatest book I have ever read. It is impossible to put it down thanks to page after page of action. Marcinko has written true stories that cannot be matched by fiction. This is a must buy if you are into military literature. The only downfalls in Rogue Warrior is the fierce profanity and some racism. This book is definately not for the faint of heart. Still, it is an incredible book about what the special forces really are and shows you that SEALs can take on any challenge. So show some respect to Marcinko and go buy his book!

Summary: The start of a great relationship starts here.
Review: I saw this book in the store and figured it sounded good, now I read every book and wait in desperation for the next one to come out. I collect the hard backs and reread the soft covers when I am on breaks and at luch as well as after work on a daily basis. I was in the military for 8 years and worked with SF teams and these books are very realistic and really show how it is when Mr.murphy shows up which happens at the worst possible times. If you get 1 book be prepared to get them all.

Review: Not only have I read this book and believe it, I LIVED it. The names were changed for a good reason...To protect those of us that are disabled from the very system that screwed us as they did my former Commander. Believe EVERYTHING in this book, it is all true.

Review: This is one of a series of books by Cpt Marcinko. He loves his country and has put his life on the line many times to defend it. Anyone interested in learning more about the Seals should read this book. It is very realistic and yet thrilling and understandable.Great Job, Dickh**d. (Nickname used in all of his books.)

Review: It simply has to be the best book I'v ever read. A realistic look into the shodowy world of Special Operation and the people who do them. No room for the faint hearted here. Dick's method of telling his story is certainly blunt but lends itself to this type of book. READ IT!
