Review: I picked this book up one Saturday on a whim and I couldn't put it down! Karyn grabs you from the beginning with her friendly and fun tone. I almost forgot I didn't know her! Review: Save Karyn is the funniest book I have read in a very long time. It is as good as Bridget Jones's Diary. Maybe better. It had all the good elements for me: young professional living an exciting life in the big city. Karyn's over- spending and charging herself into debt is a subject I can relate to. Her clever way of solving her problem is very impressive. Her descriptions of fashionable NYC life are hysterical. I laughed until I cried all the way through. Witty, insightful and fresh, I recommend this book wholeheartedly !!!!!!

Review: I read this following the "Shopaholic" books and really enjoyed it. The scary thing was this story was not fiction. Karyn got in over her head and there was no way out except her own ingenuity. There were parts I identified with because it is easy to rationalize a frivolous purchase as she so often did. I could also laugh and enjoy her honesty. I am now recommending this book to friends.

Review: This book had a lot of stuff that I think most of us can relate to at one time or another. I enjoyed Karyn's delightful sense of humor and her creativeness and sense of adventure. I had such a good time reading this book. I also love her website and have had a lot of fun with that as well. I have to admire her for her persistence and creativeness in getting herself out of a bad situation instead of doing nothing and actually in the long run helping other people as well. Review: This book is one of my favorites! It is a mix of laughter, sadness and triumph. The book not only talks about her finances but also about her life. There are so many parts in this book that EVERYONE can relate to. She will have you cracking up! This book is 5 stars, 2 thumbs up and a blast to read! I promise you won't be able to put it down once you pick it up, and is worth every penny!!! A must for everyone this holiday season! I have already bought 5 copies for people and own a copy myself! Summary: A shopping spree with a heart
Review: I expected this book to be fun, and it was. What I didn't expect was how engaging, thoughtful, and intelligent it actually was. It reads like some of my favorite light-hearted fiction (eg. Confessions of a Shopaholic), but it also had me really caring about Karyn and feeling her plight. She doesn't seem to be trying to teach any lessons (and she certainly isn't preachy about it) but her personal journey provides fantastic perspective on why some people overspend and how unnecessary it is. This book left me with a smile on my face and tears in my eyes.

Review: This is a true tale of a girl with guts. Mostly all of us have credit card debt but Karyn actually did something about hers. She changed her whole lifestyle to pay them off and sure she got a little help from her friends around the world. This book is inspirational to all of us to get out of credit card debt. The main reason this book is great is because it is a real person with a real problem that most of us have. All in all, the book was great and so is Karyn.

Review: Karyn has written an amazingly raw and truthful account of a real person and the real dilemma of pride and consequences when you live beyond your paycheck. This book was a wonderfully quick and honest read. Even though I kept up with Karyn's creative and humorous website, the book really gave me the "inside scoop" on how she got in her into her financial problems and how she succeeded in paying off her debts. Anyone can relate to the pull between "wants" and "needs" and Karyn learned her balance. A MUST READ FOR WOMEN OR MEN!!!
