Review: When I bought this book I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I was curious about the change MA$E had experienced. I have to admit I was a fan of MA$E music and style. When I opened the book and started reading, I was truly impressed with what I was seeing the words were talking to me as if I was in church and Pastor Mason Betha was at the pulpit telling his story. I felt that close! It’s amazing what GOD can do with his children; I never once took this whole Paster Manson Betha drama seriously didn’t even care until now. This book tells the experience MA$E went through with the money, cars, girls, drugs, and sex. He tells the life of when Mase was an average person determined to make it big as a rapper or ball player. When he turned to rap he was known as MA$E the moneymaker down for whatever kind of guy. It’s funny how people change when you become globally known, well Mason tells his experience in this book. After being lost, GOD calls on MA$E and uses his soul to teach the word of faith and to save as many people who come in contact with him. Imagine GOD telling you to give up everything sin produced for you. Your house, cars, jewelry, clothes, furniture, women/men, sex, money, job, friends - in order to walk his way of life! Could you do it? Mason Betha did. I truly respect Mason; he’s a determined individual who knows what he wants. There’s no limitation to what Mason Betha can accomplish when GOD is at his feet to guide him. Mason Betha is a dangerous man in a spiritual way!

Summary: Really Touched
Review: I was actually one of those people who at first thought this was a publicity stunt by Bad Boy. But after reading this book it reaffirmed what I already knew, the sky is not even the limit when you turn your life over to the Lord. Anything is possible. And I pray that we have more entertainers who also make the change for the better. God Bless you.

Summary: "Magnificent"
Review: I was really interested in Mason's "process" from the lime to the light. And he spoke on that and many additional learned lessons. As a Christian he revived me and reminded me to stay on the battle field for the LORD!
He wrote this book in a plain "this is how it is" and he is up front up about his struggles as a Christian! Mason (like everyone else) definitely has a call on his life. I thank God that this man actually stepped up and took his call! Praise God!
This book was Magnificent! EVERYONE should read it!

Summary: LET THOSE WITH AN EAR ....
Review: As someone who has been in the "church" for years, I was encouraged and refreshed by the anointed message contained within the covers of this book. This young man presents the gospel with a realness and sincerity that I honestly have not heard before. If this book doesn't reach another soul in the world, it touched mine. But I know that it will in fact reach countless individuals and lead them into the Kingdom of Heaven. It is apparent that Pastor Betha wrote this just as it was given to him to tell. He pulls no punches, sugar coats nothing and at times the words cut like a two edged sword. It's a clear call for the Body of Christ to be about our Father's Business. This book excites me, because its pages are filled with Love, Light, and Truth...Revelations.

Summary: There is Light after the Lime
Review: This book is really really good. I am not a reader at all but knowing how mason has changed his life around i couldn't wait until this book came out. I bought it the first day and i read the whole book that same day. This book has made me look at life differently and see that everything happends for a reason and you have to look at what that reason may be. Everyone makes mistakes in there lives but it's up to you to know what your mistakes are and if you want to keep making them or better your self and try something new something better. He is truely a new man and i loved him before and i really love him now. He's taught me so much in his good times and his bad i've learned from both and i hope one day i get to tell him how he's actually opened my eyes to see so many different things i never say before. This book is good for every single person in this world, because everyone needs to know that there's light after the lime. -Nichelle-

Review: I knew this was going to be good and I was not disappointed. I have this insight into my self as a young person in Christ that I did not have before. I thank Pastor Betha for allowing the spirit to guide him in wrting this book. I know others will be just as blessed.

Summary: Inspirational Till The Last Page
Review: This book is an amazing read. Mason says he'll mever return to rap, but he has. I'm not insulting this decision at all. I think his religious life will now help him spread the good word through music. Now to the book. The book was inspirational to the very end. I am a fan of Mase's music and that's why I bought this book. His story is so amazing. He came from nothing and became a major selling rapper, only to drop it all for God. I personally love the ways God showed him that he wasn't supposed to be a rapper at that time. The main point is this book is amazing and I suggest everyone needs to get this and get his return album, "Welcome Back", when it hits stores Aug. 24.

Summary: 2 Faces of a New Grace at least told by MASON
Review: I have reviewed this book and for a moment Mason had me and I was believing his life and volumes of belief were changed. <br /><br />Around pages 76 he turns very contraversial to the Mason we know who released the "Breath, Stretch,etc." I believe he is a changed man but I would love to hear him say what he meant by that section of the book. Also the comments refering to the gospel rap. In short of those 3 or 4 pages it was an inspiring book. I bought this book so that a friend would be able to relate and may see the light through example. I don't want to leave this question unanswered!
