Summary: Interested in becoming a trader --> read this!!!
Review: Overall I thought this book was an excellent read and kept me turning pages rapidly from start to finish. I would recommend this piece of material for anyone interested in going into the business of trading as well as to get a better understanding of the trading environment. You will not find many hard textbook like numbers or calculations in this book but it contains a feeling or taste of what the mysterious trading world is all about.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Worthless and offensive
Review: This book was an excellent entertainment. It was well written and broken up into small chapters. The author effectively conveys the emotions and errors that all traders go through at one time or another. Through the story, you pick up insights on trading, market makers and commodities.

Don't buy this book expecting it to teach you how to get rich, because it won't do that.

Buy this book if you're interesting in learning about a successful traders life and the trials and tribulations that go along with it.

Summary: not worth more than 5 bucks
Review: This book was mildly entertaining. His story is akin to reading an autobiography written by a drunk sailor. This guy is not much of a writer, and his story is a common one. The book is about a trader finding out who he is. He's mostly writing to himself, not you. The book is like a journal. "I just couldn't stop doubling up ! I...I...I was killing myself, oh no my wife wouldn't call to bail me out ! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH !!!! You must have discipline ! You need discipline !" hahahaha....How many times have you (if you're a trader) heard crap like that ? Same old song and dance that you read in almost any trading book...nothing profound or enlightening, and you will not learn anything. You never learn much of anything in trading until you've lived as a trader.
