Rating: Summary: An all-around excellent book. Review: ...
Rating: Summary: Great book about a great Man Review: This tells about the life of one of the greatest and most popular Rappers of all time. I urge everyone to read it
Rating: Summary: Touching Enough To Make Any Thug Cry Review: I have have read parts of the book and looked at the pictures. it makes you see the side of Pac the news and media never want you to see.. This book will put tears in your eyes and make you think twice about the way people are on the ouside!
Rating: Summary: Good addition to any Tupac collection. Review: If you've been following Tupac's career closely this book may not be for you. They do nothing more than take articles from past editions of Vibe magazine and add them in this book. Most of what was written I already knew, and what I didn't know was not neccessarily critical. I suggest reading this book if you haven't been keeping up with the releases of Vibe's monthly magazine, but this isn't a bad addition to any Tupac collection.
Rating: Summary: Mourn U Til I Join U.............. Review: Walking away from the book. Tears fell. The book was filled with stunning photos. With selected articles from past Vibe magazines. If your a Pac fan....get it. You won't regret it. OUT
Rating: Summary: It was extremely informative. Review: I though that VIBE did a good job of summarizing tupac. i couldnt have done better. it seems like the more i learned about Pac the more confused he maked me.But thats okay because i admire him so much. I think that Pac was gonna go places and see things . I know he was. I think that whoever was responsible for his death should realize that not only did they kill a rapper, actor, poetic (and ah fine azz mutha phucca)they killed my role model. My hero. And for that you should be sorry. F%ck that you killed a human being that ought to be enough.
Rating: Summary: If you love rap and Tupac you've got to read this book!!! Review: I rated this book and gave it a ten. In my opinion this book was great. I would say that I am a very big fan of Tupac, and if you want to know everything that Tupac ever did, than I would advise you to read it. The only part that I didn't like about the book was how the author of the book would start talking about all of Tupac's ileagal actions and then would talk about Tupac's love life. The thing I liked most about the book was the fine pictures of Tupac himself and with a few celebraties such as: Notorious B.I.G, Faith Evans, Janet Jackson, Ice Cube, Mike Tyson, and many many more.If you like Tupac you'll love this book. It will touch your heart and make you think about life in Tupac's eyes.
Rating: Summary: Now and Alwayz will be tha Best... Review: I thought tha book was tight, and that it really gave a good overview of an artist that many people labeled a "ignant thug" or "trouble maker". I luv 2Pac and he will alwayz have a place in my heart, not just because he was fine az hell(even though he was), or because he was a star, but because neva let any of that material stuff get to his head.Tupac rapped about what he lived and what he saw,and what I luv most about him is that he neva bit his tongue for anyone. He alwayz spoke his mind,no matter what the consequenses.A lot of rapperz these dayz talk mad crap about how they're this n that..when most of them r nothin but lil punks yo. Tupac was alwayz real with his,and unlike some of the new rappers we have today that rap about nothin but how many carz they own, or all tha "bengeez" in they pocket, Pac always gave u something to think about in his muzic,2Pac in my opinion was tha REALIST rapper eva. No i wouldn't say that he was perfect cuz yeah he made a lot of mistakez in his life, but who doesnt ?? He was just human nah mean?Anyway b4 i end up writin a 100 page story about my luv for Pac,i'll end this by just saying Tupac Amaru Shakur was controversal in both life and death,"I know i probably won't be tha one to change tha world but I also know that if i keep yellin about how messed up it is,then eventually someone will hear me,and clean it up"he said this in an interview. In my heart I believe that Tupac's life was short but very meaningfull he gave us so much and he died too young, but in his life time he did so much ,and he's created a legacy in not only tha hiphop nation, but tha world as a whole. For all this I luv uPac,and you'll alwayz have a place in my heart.1 LUV BOO!!! He was such a strong voice for young blk people of my generation, where eva he iz I hope that he knowz that we luv u boo
Rating: Summary: OpenEd mah Eyez.. How Bout YourS? Review: Tupac Amaru ShakUR.. dead.. but never will be forever gone.. his music thrives in our blood.. bumps in our brains.. and lives within our hearts.. as children of these troubled times, Tup truly symbolized who we really are.. in our realest nature.. Pac has always expressed what we have always feared to express ourselves.. he is our mouth.. our language.. and forever will be.. this book shall show u wassup.. since haters had their fingaz pointed on pac.. but u should ask yoself.. who are they truly pointin at?? it is US!!
Rating: Summary: Tupac, and what he did to my life. Review: ...Thank you VIBE for giving me more information on my hip-hop brother. You book moved me. At the times when he was not surrounded by Suge Knight or any of that mob, he did not come off so hard. Will we ever really know what went on inside his head? I doubt it, but we will always love him all the same. Rest in peace my brother, Tupac Amaru Shakur. From Drastic
