Summary: A funny book.
Review: I was never one of the cult of Seinfeld. I never did catch his show when it was on the air (though now I'm watching the syndicated reruns) so it's only recently I've seen how funny this guy really is. The book is just as crazy as the TV show. Jerry Seinfeld has a quirky way of looking at life and the things he comes up with are crazy, yet they make sense. Many times I found myself laughing out loud over his observations. I recommend this book to anyone who needs a good laugh.

Review: Seifeld's book is awesome. He writes in the form of his standup throughtout the book. His introspective humor is insightful and witty. The topics that he writes about go from everyday things to the compulsive and peculiar. In my opinion, his quirky humor is unique and very well crafted, almost poetic. Seinfeld is the voice of the compulsive perfectionist, weaving a satire of all of the foibles of people and the world. Seinlanguage is a wonderful book and highly recommended. But people must know that Seinlanguage is not a biography. It is a book of his standup routines and jokes. But nevertheless, Seinlanguage is a must read for any Seinfeld fan.

Summary: Collection of Jerry's early material
Review: Long story short, Seinlanguage is basically Jerry Seinfeld's early stand-up comedy routine. Fans of the comedian and show should already be familiar with the material presented, while those who have not experianced his "observational comedy" will be introduced to his material. I suggest that those in the latter should give it a try, though, as the material is very funny. However, the book itself may be the wrong medium to be introduced to the material. I often found that, being a fan, i was laughing as I read simply because I remembered Jerry's act. To get a better experiance, rent his "I'm Telling you for the Last Time" video.

Summary: Funniest man alive
Review: I'm a big Seinfeld (the sitcom) fan, and the most funny parts of the show, I think, are those introductions where Jerry is doing what he's the best at: stand-up comedy. I couldn't help not to laugh at those commentaries about everyday situations. I thought that there had to be a book about these. So I looked up on Amazon.com and found it, "Sein Language" both in paperback and hardcover editions (I bought this last one)! I read it in three days after the delivery, and I got to tell you, this guy is the funniest man alive! His comments are so intelligent and well written that I couldn't believe my eyes. The book itself is a solid hardcover, with a nice sleevecover and thick pages. There are B&W photos of Jerry in the beggining of each chapter (the book is divided into aspects of life, like dating, jobs,etc.).If you like the sitcom and love to laugh, you gotta get it!

Summary: Easy reading
Review: A rather simple book. I was looking to learn about his life, his experiences, his accomplishments. But he never really explained how he became who he is. He certainly points out the stupid things that everyone does. Most of it is straight out of the show. I read the whole book while my car was being worked on. Buy the paperback version, as the hardcover is not worth the price.

Review: Wow, I've been a Jerry Seinfeld fan since I'm so young...and when I found out that he was writing books about his concept of life [ if it's the right way to qualify it! ] I just jumped on the occasion and read it. It's so funny, I cannot stop reading it. Sometimes, even if the facts he's presenting are dumb, you may stop and think : "My gosh, what he's saying has sense!" So, do me a favor and buy it today you won't regret it!
