Summary: Bob Woodward, America needs you
Review: No reader, except Bill Clinton, can be intellectually honestand at the same time confirm or deny the allegations in this book. However, the multiplicity of events, witnesses, "coincidences", and convenient memory lapses and lost records strain all credibility that Bill Clinton is merely a Boy Scout under scurrilous attack from rightwing extremists.

Why has the mainstream media been so slovenly and/or biased in their lack of pursuit of these potential "Pulitzer Prize" winning stories? The OK City bombing allegations alone, cry for "independent" verification.

If Bob Woodward is unavailable, how about Geraldo?

Summary: The Title Doesn't Fit This Book
Review: A few pages into this book I began to wonder why it was titled, The Secret Life of Bill Clinton. After 92 pages of Oklahoma Bombing conspiracy notes, I was absolutely sure his editor had chosen the title to sell more books. Evans-Pritchard may be an ace investigator, but the details he reports on in this section of the book are tenuous at best. Still, the reader is left with the disconcerting thought that no ATF agents were killed, wounded or even there that day. An ATF sting gone bad? Probably. The Vince Foster material borrows heavily from Christopher Ruddy's work. The final material on Mena is well known and merely re-hashes old information. Personally, I would not waste my time or money on this tome. Of course I did, but then maybe I can spare you the same fate!

Summary: AEP - investigative reporting, not a mere rehash of the wire
Review: Ambrose Evans-Pritchard does a remarkable job of investigative reporting, not the mere rehashing of the wire reports as so many reporters do.

Summary: Things to keep in mind when reading this book:
Review: Ambrose Evans-Pritchard is a foriegn correspondent. He does not necessarily travel in the same pack, nor is he subject to the same pressures as are, the US media. He has been employed by 2 undeniably prestigous print organizations: The Economist and The London Telegraph; these are not the People Magazine and the National Enquirer of Europe. He was assigned coverage of Washington DC, by the London Telegraph; this would be similar to the New York Times assigning a correspondent to Europe. Why would either paper send a biased, sloppy, rumor mongerer off to such a post ? Evans-Pritchard's writing capabilities speak for themselves. His footnotes cite what the characters, and documents, he uses to tell the story have to say. His prose is a that of a narrator; his conclusions are easily derived. Ultimately, I have to ask myself, why would a Brit come over to America in a very important position, and take on the topics covered in this book for any other reason than he believes in what he writes, ca

Summary: Profoundly moving, disturbing, well documented; powerful
Review: You cannot read this book without coming to the realization that our political system has been entrusted to men and women unworthy of trust or respect. Amoral, unethical people who see "the little people" as obstacles to their paths to money, influence and power- expendable and useful only for the amount of "good " press that can be milked from their torn, dead bodies and surviving relatives destroyed lives. Evil people who have willing cohorts in the major news stations, papers and organizations. The elites in both parties and all levels of govt. who practice daily that old adage "the ends justify the means". Mr. Evans-Pritchard will surely be remembered as one of the few truly honest investigative reporters of our time. A man who looked at our present govt. from the common man's point of view , didn't like what he saw and told our story in plain unvarnished language that tears at your heart and cries for justice. Justice that is subverted by corrupt judges, attorneys, sheriffs , politicans. This book is a testament to the common American as much as it is an indictment of corrupt politicans. Kudos to Mr. Evans- Pritchard and the heros in his book.

Summary: "The Death of American Democracy By Bill Clinton"
Review: By Cathy Leahy Two hundred years ago Frenchman Alexis de Tocqueville came to America to analyze a fledgling democracy and he left celebrating her by writing "Democracy in America." Four years ago, Englishman Ambrose Evans-Pritchard came with that same hope and instead has written America's eulogy in "The Secret Life of Bill Clinton". After reading this well written and well documented book, one might wish to rename it, "The Death of American Democracy At The Hands of Bill Clinton." And if one didn't know the book is about an American president, one would think it describes Hitler, Stalin or better yet, the (now executed for their crimes) Ceaucescus of Romania. In fact, Evans-Pritchard warns that under the corruption of Bill Clinton, "you can sniff the pungent odors of decay in the American body politic" that was in evidence in continental Europe in the 1920s. This is a chilling account of an emerging Clinton pattern of lawlessness with the witting and unwitting complicity of a complacent establishment that should know better. And although Evans-Pritchard doesn't say it, he paints a startling parallel for anyone who has studied history and the rise of Adolf Hitler. Like Hitler, Clinton used established rules to legally establish himself and quickly went about subverting those same rules. Like Hitler, once in office Clinton set about politicizing every government agency under his control, replacing established law enforcement with his own loyalists that would silence his critics. Like Hitler, he then took control of the press to further silence dissent, although Clinton has done it with seduction and lies. Then, unencumbered by law, he went about exterminating his inconvenient associates, two of whom were Vince Foster and Jerry Parks. That done, he must now create a reason for people to give up their liberty in favor of safety with the Oklahoma City bombing. Hitler used his henchman to provoke and help an already irate dissident, Marinus van der Lubbe, to burn the German Reichstag in 1933. Clinton used Oklahoma City to expand his power. If not stopped - and soon, what will he do next? Evans-Pritchard tells us of the Dixie Mafia and about Clinton's rampant corruption in Arkansas. He tells us that the Dixie Mafia is far more dangerous than the Cosa Nostra. Thirty murders in a ten year period is nothing to Clinton's Dixie Mafia with its one hundred and fifty. This book is a portrait, with documentation, of American despotism that we never thought could happen. Left to his own devices, Clinton will put the final nail in the coffin of American democracy. The author does offer some hope, though, but it will have to come from ordinary citizens who still believe in the rule of law. But if Clinton is tried and convicted for his crimes, will he be punished properly? Will he be locked away along with his accomplices never to be heard from again or will he simply be set out to pasture, free to live out his goal of a "one world order" with himself at the helm? It's a frightening account but it is a "must read" by we, the "ordinary citizens." And although America's government controlled schools will never allow it, this book should be required reading in every classroom - to save the country. Summary: Limbaugh to Aldrich to utter insanity
Review: Imagine Kitty Kelley as a political reporter, with her unnamed sources and her dubious methods. Now imagine she's a total nutbar, someone hanging onto reality with one last cuticle as she rants, frothing, at the one man she believes responsible for her downfall. If you believe Bill Clinton is Satan, you're going to say "10! 10 plus!" If you have any capacity for rational thought and skepticism, you'll discard this book like a used tissue. Let my sacrifice of brain cells not go in vain -- pass this one up.

Summary: The Clinton Administration: It is WORSE than you imagined...
Review: 10+, actually. We all know the Clinton Administration is pretty miserable on the ethics front, but this book not only proves (with verifiable facts) that the National Clinton Calamity has its roots in Arkansas, but literally takes your breath away with the shear scope and magnitude of the corruption. If Evans-Pritchard (a Brit no less) can uncover and assemble a book of verifiable facts showing that Bill Clinton is knee-deep and directly involved in drug pay-offs, gun running, planned assination attempts, pardoning drug lords, etc., etc. -- in short a fully paid up and active member of the "Dixie Mafia", where the hell is the American Mainstream media and why haven't they uncovered *ANY* of this mess? Methinks they have and are deliberately withholding information from the public to protect their man Clinton. I believe that this book will be cited for the rest of our lives as the historians (we hope they will remain uncorrupted) describe the putrid legacy of the Clintons. Buy several copies for friends and family. This one is a keeper! Note to Mr. Evans-Pritchard: do an American book tour so we can get your autograph! If you come to North Carolina, you won't even need a body guard. (You will elsewhere, though...).

Summary: Most Important Political Book of the Year
Review: One thing that makes this book stand out from so many others is AEP's excellent writing skills. This is an engaging and highly readable exposition of some of the most important covered up facts about the Clinton administration. It's information should be blazing across the front pages of America's newspapers, but for some reason inexplicable to me the rest of the press is afraid or unwilling to actually report the news anymore. AEP adds new dimensions to stories you may have heard a bit about, and gives the real scoop behind them. If you care about your country, you really need to read this book.

Summary: Korruption,Kops,Kilos,And Kidkillings, Klinton Exposed
Review: The book that could (and should) cause the jaded, so called "reporter class", to actually WRITE about what they all know and hide; the utter venality and institutionalized lockstep systemic corruption personified in this nation by the so called elitist ruling classes, including their stepmaiden beholden inhouse fawners...er..reporters. Using information long discussed on the Internet newsgroups that have uncovered and disseminated the corruptions and deaths of the Clinton coterie, Ambrose uses wit, logic, sources, and an unerring ability to entertain and horrify as he details they system of coverup that the FBI, Justice, and the media used in WACO, Oklahoma, and Mena. As a mainstream and highly respected reporter, Ambrose brings external credibility to the hard work of others and should be Pulitzerized for this book...but...won't be. Get it, read it, give it, and STUDY IT. This is what is wrong with America today. You will watch the nation become a modern day dying Rome if we continue to allow this slide into debauchery with Clinton and his merry band of coconspirators.... Mayor Loz
