Summary: BEST BOOK BY THE BEST SEAL
Review: Rogue Warrior is without a doubt the BEST BOOK I have ever read(tied with the other books of the Rogue Warrior series which I also reccommend). Marcinko tells it like it is. Very exciting, very fufilling, very entertaining, and will leave you wanting to be a Seal under his command. Praise and thanks is in order to Marcinko for writing this book, but more importantly, for it's content which he actually did. Some say he's a dangerous rogue. This is true. Dangerous to his enemies, and a rogue in order to get the job done. Read it and you'll find out what he did and why he did it. I recommend this book and the others by Marcinko. READ THIS BOOK- I can't stress this enough. I promise you won't be dissapionted. READ THIS BOOK

Review: I picked up this book with no idea what was inside. I was so excited after reading it I wanted to be a SEAL! Get it- Read it!

Summary: Brought SpecOps to the common man.
Review: I enjoyed this book because it brought, for the first time, to the attention of the public, who was watching out for us. Marcinko had his faults, we all do, but who could have done a better job? If the Navy was so mad at him and hated him, whay did't they get rid of him long before they did? For another interesting side of the Marcinko story, I would say to read "Combat Swimmer", by Robert Gormly. All in all, Rogue Warrior is a good read and an interesting look into the SEAL teams form one man's point of view.

Summary: This man is for reals!!!!!!!!
Review: Don't mess with Dick "the geek" Marcinko. He is the real deal. His life is an action movie without the special effects. He doesn't fool around and isn't afraid of anybody. This is one of the best biographies that I have ever read in my life. It inspired me to read all of his novels also. This book is intense and when you finish you will be lining up for the chance to try out for the SEALs.

Summary: Great
Review: As intense as The Triumph and the Glory, as fast paced as Debt of Honor, as action packed as any of Griffin's fine books, Rogue Warrior is a winner all the way!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Magnificent!!!!
Review: This book pulls out all the stops. It shows the daring deeds of some of america's bravest fighting men. It was a shame what the Navy did to Dick.

Summary: A big self confidence builder!
Review: I enjoyed reading how Mr. Rick and his merry marauders wreaked havoc on any challenge that was placed in front of them. His tenth commandment of SpecWar explaines his determination to succeed: There are no rules! As much as I liked the action/adventure that was in the book, I was most impressed with his commitment to leadership, and the care of those serving under him. Having spent almost 14 years in the military I can see how much of a difference that makes when it comes to respecting those leaders above you. Marcinko shows that the men come first, if there is a problem he backs them up, no questions asked, and then they can answer to him for it later. He teaches team work, and team effort. Marcinko has a way of building self confidence in anyone that wants to put forth the effort. A must read for anyone that likes to see true leadership in action - from the front!

Summary: Exciting but too much macho bragging
Review: This book is a realistic and exciting look into the Navy SEALS and the life of an exceptional warrior. However, Marcinko has such a large ego that the narrative is laughable and juvenile. A much more intelligent but equally exciting treatment into the specops world is "Black Hawk Down" by Mark Bowden.

Summary: One of the best books that I ever read.
Review: Demo Dick, Sharkman of the Delta kicks some major but and takes a few names throughout this entire book. This autobiography tells the story of an American warrior's journey through one of the most remarkable and challenging careers (military or civilian). He tells how the U.S. Navy was, is, and most important: how it should be. I waited for years to buy this book. If you wait, Doom on you.
