Summary: PROFOUND
Review: I bought this book as an Xmas gift for my sister. While sitting through rush hour traffic, I opened it and began reading. I found myself tearing up with each poem I read. This brother was truly an Artist...something that was overshadowed by his Thug Life Mentality...I'd wished he'd come out with some of this work while he was still on this Earth instead of playing it hard and ending up dead way before his time. I recommend this book to young and old. Young brothers running around trying to live the Thug Life need to read this book to find out its not always about Thuggin..its just about being a man with feelings, dreams and a talent to put emotions on paper. 2Pac, Well Done...RIP...

Summary: The poiet to the rapper

Summary: Tupac Shakur was a wonderful poet - His spirit lives on.
Review: Tupac writes about events he sees, hears about, or has been through in this book. His poems are well written and show a side to Tupac no one heard in his music. I believe many people can relate to these poems. They gave me a sense of hope, but also an even greater sense of loss because Tupac died in the prime of his life and he still had so much more in him. I hope that this book opens peoples' minds to the fact that Tupac was an intelligent and even sensitive man.

Summary: infinite immortal outlaw
Review: 2pac was a prince among thugs, his spirit still splashes vibrantly and we dearly miss his multiplicity. a true gemini. no words can describe the talent the young man posessed. through his work i hope the world can embrace him like they should have when he was alive.

Summary: A Rose that Died before it Ever it Blossomed
Review: A tremendous book, from a very talented, tortured soul. Sadly, we will never know what Tupac may have become if he was allowed to blossom. What we do know is that the very concrete that spawned this rare flower, ultimately destroyed it and in the process deprived all of us of witnessing something special. A must read....

Summary: beyond anyone's expectations of Pac
Review: The poetries are very thoughtful and transparent. The subjects are real and relatable. This book will blow away mainstream's perception of Pac as just another rapper - he is beyond that. It's amazing how he did all these at such a tender age, Pac's just full of potential. I hope people would read this book, cuz I know it'll chnage their minds on Pac.

Summary: tupac was a rose to his fans
Review: i love the book "The Rose That Grew from Concrete". I have read this book about ten times and I got it yesterday. The book shows Tupac in a way that his fans never really saw. Tupac, to me was a very talented man. i hope everybody will buy this book, so they can see the softer side of Tupac.

Summary: Believe it or not Pac's normal!
Review: Tupac was criticized for being contridicting through his music, acting, and total lifestyle. In this book you realize he hates like we hate, cries like we cry, and loves like we love. He just expressed his emotions through his music. Everyone vents their feelings but not in the same way. Through Tupacs music and poetry he has given us a way to vent our anger, express our feelings, and have fun. No need to disrespect the man. Tupac will be a timeless figure who told the world what it did not want to hear. THE TRUTH.

Summary: True Inspiring, I give it 2 thumbs up, and way up
Review: This book is truly inspiring. What's good about it, is that you don't have to be a professional at reading poetry. It's like something me and u could understand. The book was very good, and nicely laid out. Tupac's poetry was unconditionally very good. He expressed everything from his love, to his hates. He wrote about his life, and we all might think he was just a regular person back then, but he achieved many things we didn't even know about. His poetry was breathtaking, and can move your hearts. So, all you 2pac lovers, this is a must get, don't miss in on this, because if you don't get this book, you haven't really felt 2pac's dreams and heart....
