Summary: Good read!
Review: This is a short book, but the author manages to cram lots of information and exposition into a small package. This is really a journal of a middle-aged man's attempt to restore a classic motorcycle, and the friendships and hardships the restoration engenders. Being a motorcycle enthusiast and owner of at least 25 bikes over the last 30 years, I liked the technical details and the wheeling and dealing involved in restoring an old machine in Montana. As an avid reader, I liked the flow and the atmosphere the author generated.

Summary: Juggling the Responsibilities
Review: This is not a restoration book on how to rebuild Indian motorcycles but a story of a man who bought a 1941 Indian Chief and his joys and tribulations of trying to get the bike on the road while juggling the responsibilities of his real life.

Summary: Okay, this book is Zen and the Art of mid-life crisies...
Review: What a wonderful surprise this book was for me. I don't think there is a man over 30 that can't relate to this one. Not that it's just a guy book... Plenty of interest for anyone who has a life... I'm buying five more as gifts!
