Review: This book was an easy, easy read, and as an entertainment value it is super. This however, does not say of its depth of coverage in spiritual issues. The stories covered in this book were emotive and reinforce the point of the author that there is life at the other end of life. Of course, hold on to your seats and your reservations about how it really is, but at least this author gives us a hope that life on the other side is not that bad and that the continuation to spiritual growth is there beyond the realm of the material. A very fresh approach in this days were people live fast (end of the century) and too often trapped in all-too-material mentalities.

Review: After my seventeen year old son David died, I felt that I wanted to join him. Reading "Talking to Heaven" gave me great peace and comfort as to my son's where-abouts. I enjoyed your book so much. As James no longer conducts private readings, I was recommended to another medium, Jenny Crawford who is the author of "Through the Eyes of Spirit". Seeing Jenny gave me a life-changing experience - as my son spoke so clearly to me, I now know that my life can start to heal in a positive manner. I give heart-felt thanks to mediums like Jenny Crawford & James Van Praagh for changing and helping so many peoples lives.

Summary: This book brought comfort to my grief.
Review: My soul sister died unexpectedly last month. I had never felt so much pain in my life. Fortuately, "Talking to Heaven" came to me from my mother-in-law. It was the biggest comfort I have felt regarding life after death. Not only does the book answer "Why?", it let me know that my sister is in peace and continuing to help those that must cross over. I have learned that I can still be with her and that she is also trying to learn to contact me. I miss her deeply, but thanks to Mr. Van Praagh, the pain isn't overwhelming. I plan to buy this book for several people so that they can also feel comfort during this time of grief. Thank you Mr. Van Praagh.

Review: This book is very inspiring. I lost my mother about 35 years ago in a house fire, and I would dearly love to get in touch with Mr. Van Praagh so I can talk to my mother. This book is very believable and I find it very comforting to read. My father passed away just about 3 years ago, so now I know that my parents are together again just by reading this book. If anyone knows how to get in touch with Mr. Van Praagh, please let me know.

Skeptics will take notice of the amazing readings Mr. VanPraagh has conducted with those who have lost loved ones, and the peace and serenity these people have found with the help of VanPraagh and the spirit guides.
