Summary: Second Sight - Dr Judith Orloff
Review: After receiving a newsletter from Caroline Myss in which she discussed the above book, I ordered Second Sight through Amazon as it is not available in South Africa. It is well worth reading. The advice offered makes sense and makes me understand why I have felt for so long that the medical profession is "way off track" these days - it is essential for us to understand that in order to heal, our mental attitude is all important and in general doctors need to look at the holistic approach to curing. I am now reading Guide to Intuitive Healing which I have not doubt will be as good in the advice offered. Thank you Dr Orloff.

Review: Dr. Orloff's natural gifts are so remarkable that just reading about her experiences is fascinating. Yet there is more: she firmly believes that her readers can develop capabilities similar to hers. Still more amazing: she does not present any newly-invented theology, or insist upon particular rituals. Instead, Dr. Orloff employs honesty, humor, intelligence, and her medical training to make the tenets of her thought memorable and useful in her readers' lives. "Second Sight" introduces Dr. Orloff's personal experience and essential principles. "Guide to Intuitive Healing" expands upon this basis to help people develop daily habits that enhance physical, emotional, and sexual health. Both books are highly recommended.

Summary: A Reflection of Her Soul!
Review: The most refreshing impression I have after experiencing Dr. Judith Orloff's "Second Sight" is that of honor. How often does someone so willingly allow you to glimpse the essence and their experiences reflecting deep within their soul? This is truly an "Energetic Artist" as her expressions will literally open, enliven and invite your own soul's voice to whisper more clearly. Judith has clearly written from her heart and surrounds you with a feeling of compassion and safety that seems to ease the risk of change or looking within. You may receive the same gift that I did. Unconditional Love abounds in this treasure and the way to know its magic. It takes raw courage to Love all of you. That is why she could write so openly and honestly, which is her greatest gift to all who read her. By the way, I had the pleasure of "reading her" in person at a recent workshop and the same pure soul was present once again.
I deeply related to so many of her stories and it is my passion to seek answers through dreams or other insights, however they come. One healing dream I had in particular, has changed my physiology as well as my perceptions. I was released from some deep binds that were circulating since childhood. The day of my dream, my legs were wobbly and my whole body seemed harvested from one reality and placed into another. If this sounds dramatic,it was. I am still realizing and benefiting from the gifts of this powerful dream. I share this because Judith's book has this quality of energy to act as a catalyst towards the transformation you may be seeking. I have never experienced a book that could reach out to me so gently and yet so powerfully able to deepen my own acceptance and truth. She truly created a bridge of integration through her story and that is rare art. Dr. Judith Orloff knows we are all one in the same and offers you a way to dream your life.

Summary: Amazing Biography
Review: Second Sight is one of those few amazing books you can't put down once you've begun to read it. Dr. Judith Orloff honestly shares her own account of what it's like growing up with psychic abilities in today's world. Dr. Orloff shares what it's like to be viewed as "different" by those around us and, instead of hiding the way many psychics do, ashamed of ridicule, she's made a conscience decision to both explore and use her gifts while trying to spread understanding and wisdom to those who are interested in expanding their own horizons and psychic abilities. I'm very proud that we have a psychic leader such as Dr. Orloff, who has so freely displayed her life in this book with bravery, forthrightness and passion. In writing this provocatively honest book, she has helped those of us who are still hiding feel a little more comfortable accepting who we are and more able to cope with our own psychic abilities. Thank you, Dr. Orloff from all of us!

Review: I have read well over 100 books on psychic instruction and develoment. I was so impressed with Second Sight by Dr. Judith Orloff that I had to take a minute and write this review....something I have never done before.While I am very interested in this subject, I must also say that Dr. Orloff's style is just perfect. She is honest and genuine. A true delight. Dr. Orloff is not afraid to share her deepest private thoughts. I have actually purchaed extra copies of this book and sent them to people I knew would appreciate them. I will soon purchase another one of her books.

Review: I've been a student of personal growth for many years. When I thought I had a pretty good handle on my receptivity to life's ups and downs, I found and read Second Sight. This book gave me permission to flounder, question and make mistakes in my quest for fullfillment. Like everything in life, realizing and accepting our inherent gifts takes continued study and a willingness to be lost from time to time. Review: There are few books that once I finish, I feel the need to run and tell my friends," You HAVE to read this!" Judith Orloff's "Second Sight" is one of these books. So many events in my life were given clarity, and where I felt unsure about certain decisions, the synconricities made it clear to me that I had made the right choice. Her personal journey was an amazing read. All I can say is thank you for sharing. I became aware and was able to put words to feelings I have always had, but was never able to express. I left this book with a strong self-confidence-in myself, and my "feelings". I trust myself, and really, what my inner-self tells me. I have always felt that life is a journey with many choices coming our way. I feel more comfortable looking inward for my answers instead of caving into outward pressures. The best is that I have been able to pass this on to my family and friends. Thanks to Dr. Orloff for this guidance and clarity! I look forward to reading more by this amazingly gifted writer.

Review: I love all of Judith's book's. Her writing style is captivating, as she speaks right from her heart to the reader's heart. There were many practical and helpful stories and techniques. I was fortunate enough to meet her in person at one of her seminars, and she is just like she sounds in her books! All of her book's are a must read!

Review: I was made aware of Dr. Orloff through a website link, I immediately felt a connection to what she was stating. I found Second Sight to be personal and informative. I really liked the way the book is divided into sections, the first half on her life and the second on ways to use your intuition. After years of wondering if things I felt and sensed were normal,Second
Sight provided the answers I was unable to find anywhere else. The book also gives specific exercises to use to further develop your skills. A great book for anyone who wants to learn more about Intuition, Dreams and Healing yourself.

Review: For anyone who has had even the slightest psychic or spiritual experience, this book is a must read. Dr. Orloff brings to us an inspiring and credible guide, on all aspects of the human ability. Her own story is extraordinary, she tells it to us openly and courageously....it is rare to find such honesty and a willingness to share so much of ones self. Through her there is so much to learn, and I will keep this book close on hand to have as a reference. My own experiences seemed confusing and sometimes unbelievable but by finding this book at such a crucial time in my life, she's taught me a new understanding and awareness...and to keep following my dreams.
