Summary: After Job Loss:Moving On (With Workbook) by Lynn Joseph PhD
Review: This is an excellent program that provides a systematic approach that real people can use to overcome the emotional baggage associated with job loss. When someone does not find a way to deal with the emotions that accompany job loss -- anger, confusion, and feeling like a victim - those emotions come involuntarily 'screaming through' in every one of their employment interviews. What the candidate ends up projecting, then, is the demeanor of an angry, resentful person -- not the kind of person they are and want to be! I make that statement as a human resources professional who has interviewed thousands of people in a career that has spanned over twenty-five years.

While using guided imagery and visualization approaches may be new ground for many people - I recommend it because it really does work.

You might find a book or other materials that look a little slicker, but if what you are looking for is results - I highly recommend this workbook and CD!
