I expect to hear many success stories of people following Jorge Cruise's "8 minutes in the morning" routine. It is really easy to follow as it takes neither a lot of time nor a lot of effort. I think it is a plan for anyone. I suggest anyone who is interested in health to consider purchasing this book. Suggested meals are also tasty. What I especially like about Jorge Cruise is that he does not suggest any diet that requires giving up some ingredients such as fats or carbohydrates. NO counting of calories or banning of foods - that fits me well!
Similar like M. Tombak in his book "Can We Live 150 Years?" Jorge Cruise makes sure that you have a balanced diet. Dr. Tombak, however, focused more at one's health and longevity rather than good looks. But surprisingly, when you follow Tombak's advice good looks just come about as a natural outcome of good physical and psychological health. If you add to this your "8 minutes in the morning" plan, you are set for success...

Review: I have been following the routine and meal plans in "8 Minutes in the Morning to a Flat Belly" for a little over two weeks now (almost a record in my exercizing history!). So far it has been very easy to follow. I like that it doesn't require the purchase of "gym clothes," membership fees, and driving to the gym. This is done at home, on my own schedule. Also, the meal plans are rather tasty and don't leave you feeling hungry. Usually when I am on a "diet" all I can think about is when the next meal will be. This is not the case here. I hope to keep following this plan and see the inches disappear! Thank you Jorge Cruise!!

Rating: Summary: Didn't like this book as much as "8 Minutes in the Morning" Review: I really did not like this book as much as "8 Minutes in the Morning" by Jorge Cruise. If you only have 8 minutes for Abs, I suggest getting one of Denise Austin's abs videos that are shorter in length.
Rating: Summary: Practical and effective Review: I've found this book to be incredibly practical and effective for toning and firming the abdominal region. Although you will need a more rigorous exercise program to truly obtain a 6 pack, this is the program to start with to eliminate any soft area around your stomach and love handles and allow you to actually SEE your abs. This book has helped me to go to the next level. Includes great diet and lifestyle suggestions as well. Recommended.
Rating: Summary: It's an easy, doable plan that works! Review: Jorge Cruise has put together a great book to help us lose weight. If you hate strenuous exercise and counting every calorie that goes in your mouth this is the program for you. If you combine the book with membership on jorgecruise.com the odds are in your favor to finally lose the weight and firm up. The best part too is the diet guidelines are sensible and realistic. No gimmicks and no fads.
Rating: Summary: This really works! Review: Most of my weight problem is in my stomach. Thanks to genetics. I have high blood pressure, diabetes and hypothyroid. My doctor told me I needed to lose weight especially in my stomach. I followed the exercises and the plan. I lost 10lbs all in my stomach and went down a size. No longer it is a problem to button the pants, shorts or skirts. I have 20lbs to go but the more I continue to do it the more I see results. Also, I have done the orginal exercises and the real shapes/real sizes and noticed a toned defination in my arms, legs and butt. This really works..I'm living proof. I would never promote something that doesn't work.
