Review: I don't have time to read these days with family and career pressures, so the idea of an Audiobook was pretty appealing. I had the opportunity to hear Blanche on a radio interview and I was impressed. More than anything she seemed to know what she was talking about. I bought her Audiobook and I'm blown away by the way she breaks things down and helps me understand what I really can do in my life. I listen to it constantly and always seem to get a little more out each time. Oh, my husband and my daughter have borrowed it on occasion. The workbook that goes along with it was even more powerful when I made the commitment to really do the work for myself, by myself. Anyway, I recommend it highly for people like me who need the motivation, but also need the steps to take. The rest is up to me.
