Review: In my openion, this is the BEST source for a QUICK learning session in Spanish that is available. It has almost all of the common phrases necessary to get around in Mexico. The phrases are short, well pronounced and easy to remember. I have had it for six weeks now and I'm very comfortable with basic conversational spanish. Even if I don't know the name of something, I know how to point at it and say *I want that* or *How much does that cost*. The beauty of having it on CD is that it makes it very easy to listen and re-listen to any chapter. Interested in phrases you may use at a restaurant ... jump to chapter 5 ... Shopping? ... jump to chapter 8. Chapter 7 is a verbal review quiz on the material covered in chapters 1-6 and the final chapter reviews the second half of the CD. The single minor annoyance is that every chapter starts with this 10 second musical jingle ... and I have tired of hearing it. I still HIGHLY reccommend this title ... it is GOOD, FAST, EASY, and FUN ... and doesn't cost much. With a little effort, you could purchase this and be ready to go to Mexico in a couple of weeks. OUTSTANDING (six stars)
