I acquired the CD when I was thinking of quiting and after I listened to it once I decided to quit and have not had a puff since. The first few days were difficult but by listening to the CD two or three times a day for the first week I was able to resist the urge to smoke. I can recommend the Quit Smoking Program because I am sure that it made the difference it made the difference between this successful attempt at quitting and previous failed attempts.
