Summary: Cool and fast-reading, but looks like a story in the middle
Review: I've read this book in the italian translation published by thesame publisher of my novel. My editor suggested to me to read it "'cause - she said - it's the best thriller of '98". Actually it is, and the italian translation was pretty good. From the writing point of view, it's better than a Grisham novel, but there are some question without solution: first of all the sentence token from "The Godfather". But I liked it anyway even if it looks like if we've to wait for a novel about Mcaleb "before" the transplant and another one "after" love with Graciela. I'll wait while I read "The poet".

Review: This book was incredibly good. It had action, suspense, humor,and it was also beautifully written. I loved every second of it. Couldn't put it down. My only complaint is that there probably won't be a sequel. Please Connelly, think of an idea for a sequel.

Review: This was my first Connelly novel. After reading it, Iimmediately ordered all his other books. They are all wonderful but this one is my favorite. If you are looking for a great book, wonderful characters, and suspense that will keep you turning the pages, this is the book for you!
