Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Best of the Best
Review: This now completes my reading of all of Stephen Hunters books. Without a doubt this was the best. He is one of the finest plotters I have read and the last hundred pages had you so entrapped that you could not put it down. Hurry and write more, your fans are waiting.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: The Best Action Novel Ever!!!!
Review: While serving in the U.S. Army out in the deserts of Arizona, I read this book in one sitting, from sunrise to sunset, the entire duration spent literally on the edge of my cot. Hunter has produced several outstanding novels about the amazing Bob Lee Swagger, and I have loved every one, but as a stand alone work, I say this is his masterpiece. The characters are believable and the dialogue and descriptive writing is so down-to-earth that I feel as if I know everyone involved, and almost feel grief at thier occasional demise. Special Agent Uckley is my favorite, though. He is an ordinary man who rises to the occasion in the worst of times, and shows us all what the definition of hero is. Keep up the good work Mr. Hunter, and I look forward to "Pale Horse Coming" with great anticipation.
