Rating: Summary: Stephanie does the deed - with Joe - finally! Review: Janet Evanovich has done it again - chronicling the escapades of Stephanie Plum and her friends and associates with a wickedly ribald eye. The story line could have been more robust, but we Evanovich fans go for the snappy dialogue and the delicious sense of the absurd that permeates Stephanie's middle-class, blue-collar working America that is Trenton, New Jersey. And of course, the highlight is that Stephanie and Joe have "done the deed" - in many, many places. Buy the book to read about this, if nothing else! I am looking forward to the fifth book in the series - I hope it comes out before Christmas.
Rating: Summary: Another laugh riot Review: I would give this book 2 stars for plot but at least 5 stars for sheer entertainment value. Sue Grafton and Patricia Cornwell better watch out; Janet knows what her fans like and she delivers.
Rating: Summary: Evanovich and Stephanie Plum kick butt Review: I happened upon a Janet Evanovich book quite by accident, but after reading it, I was so happy I had. This is the 4th installment of the adventures of quazi-bounty hunter Stephanie Plum and her wacky assortment of relatives and friends, and in my humble opinion, the best yet. Stephanie will keep you constantly amazed as she stumbles in and out of trouble, forever aided by the hapless Joe Morelli. I found myself laughing outloud at the exploits of Stephanie, Lula, Grandma Mazur and their new crossdressing friend Sally. One thing that makes this book such a good read is the way that Evanovich is able to sprinkle humor throughout the story, giving some of the best lines to Grandman Mazur. We are also finally able to breathe a sigh of relief as Stephanie and Joe get closer and closer, it's about time!!! I can't wait for the next installment. It's a book that you won't be able to put down but might drop because you are laughing so hard!
Rating: Summary: Pure enjoyment! Review: They don't get any better than this. Maybe the author will take pity on the Plum-dependent and not make us wait another year for book 5.
Rating: Summary: Four's a winner....already waiting for Five Review: Don't open the box from Amazon.com until you've cleared your schedule, because this is one of those books that you CAN'T put down. I was reading in bed, but my husband made me move to the living room because I was laughing so loud. Great plot, glad to see the movement of personal relationships. The characters from the other books seem like friends of the family and I love the new ones. Great plot development, kept me guessing until almost the end. Read this and tuck your copy away because Stephanie and Janet are going places.
Rating: Summary: The Cop finally bags his prize!!!! Review: This was once again a great read. Stephanie was up to par and so was Grandma Mazur. The mystery, suspense, comedy and finally a good sex scene were great. My only reason for not giving it a 5 star was it was to short.
Rating: Summary: Stephanie Plums most hillarious adventure yet Review: Janet Evanovich is a master of mixing lifes most embarassing and funny moment with a wonderful mystery plot. This book is a must read.
Rating: Summary: I could not put it down!!! Review: I love the heroine, and the excellent storyline. This was by far one of the best I've read since the last Evanovich book. I can't wait for the next Plum novel.
Rating: Summary: Four to Score rates a 10! Review: Ms. Evanovich gets better and better. I finished this book in one day and the only disappointment was that there was not more to read! You will again, find yourself laughing out loud at the antics of all the characters (and I do mean characters), Stephanie, Grandma Mazur, Lula, Sally Sweet and a host of others. My fondest wish is that Ms. Evanovich would put out at least two Plum novels a year! Read this book (the sereis for that matter), you won't be sorry. Ree-views
Rating: Summary: Four to Score is the bomb! Review: My favorite of a fantastic series. Janet has really outdone herself this time. The Plum series just gets better and better. Janet is my all-time favorite author, and I'm not just saying that because she's my mom. Seriously, if you haven't read any of the Plum series you should. There are excerpts from all four books there, and lots of other cool stuff. MY MOM RULES!
