Summary: "A Wild And Hysterical Ride!"
Review: Stephanie Plum is the bomb! Wise-cracking, neurotic, headstrong. She doesn't come off as the world's greatest bounty hunter, but through hard work and a couple of breaks she gets the job done. The other characters shine through. Ex-hooker Lula and transvestite rocker Sally Sweet rule! And I love fiesty, gun-wielding Grandma Mazur. Stephanie's parents are a trip throughout this hunt for a bail jumper that winds its way down a path of revenge, murder, explosions and a criminal conspiracy. Vice cop Joe Morelli provides excellent sexual tension. It also appealed to me a lot since I grew up right next door to Trenton, NJ, and could clearly visualize many of the places Evanovich mentioned.

Summary: Loved this book. Lots of laughs
Review: I'm not a big mystery reader, but boy have I had fun reading this series of books staring Stephanie Plum.Especially Four to Score. I was actually laughing out loud, and I never do that. Can't wait to read the next adventure/ misadventure of this fearless bounty hunter.

Summary: Evanovich better work!!
Review: After enjoying the one-liners from Four To Score, I was expecting more in High Five. Unfortunately, she toned it down a bit. Four To Score was a hard act to follow anyway. I have read all five books in the series, and now I'm trying to something find reading to hold me until the sixth book. It's not easy. I hear a movie is due. I only hope such a production will do Stephanie Plum and her entourage justice.

Summary: Laugh Out Loud
Review: I commute to work on the subway (in New York) each day, and trust me it is "NOT" cool to laugh out loud and not be able to control it. As with all the other Stephanie Plum books I again found myself laughing myself silly. This is a must buy! The only problem is that once you are done you hunger for the next one...which by the way I just ordered (High Five). Ms. Evanovice better work faster on those books, the public is waiting!

Summary: Another Winner!!!
Review: Janet Evanovich continues to write a funny and enjoyable detective story. It's fast moving and has an interesting plot. Didn't want to put this one down. Looking forward to reading her next one.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Loads of fun!! A great "summer at the lake" kind of book
Review: I have read the first four Stephanie Plum books and eagerly await the fifth. I love the new character Sally Sweet. I agree the language was a little racey but I suppose that's the way these kinds of characters would speak in New Jersey

Summary: You Need More Stars for This One!
Review: When 73 year old Grandma Mazur meets Sally (the 6'8" transvestive who specialized in decoding secret messages) and says, "I've always wanted to meet a Drag Queen. What do you do with your dingdong?" I thought I would literally die laughing. I can't remember when I've read a funnier book. There are so many great one-liners I had to run out and buy the book after borrowing it from a friend to read. I'm going to buy several copies of this book to send to all my friends. This book is a keeper! I can't wait to read all of the other books in the series!

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Outstanding book by an OUTSTANDING author!!
Review: I thoroughly enjoyed this book.... great writing, great storyline, plot ending that I'm not all that sure that I really saw coming. As good as all of Janet's other books.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Wonderful characters, colorful & very funny
Review: I'd never read a Stepanie Plue book before this one. I only had to read a few pages to get hooked. It is comical when you least expect it, and written with humor & ingenuity. The plot was a little convoluted, but it's definitely worth reading. I'm going to buy her next one.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: This was the Best!
Review: I finished this book faster than I could blink because it was moving at such a pace! I was initially disappointed because Stephanie took a back seat (with Morelli!) to all her other characters but they (Grandma Mazur, Lula, Sally Sweet, her neighbors, etc.)are truly what gave this story a marvelous, colorful flash of life in the fast lane. Don't forget your Gun! Absolutely everything, every person and every incident blended perfectly! I hail this even better than her next one. Bring back Sally Sweet; I enjoyed Her.
