Summary: Great book
Review: Once again, a great book by Clancy. His detailed descriptions on the military and technology are at times, in my opinion, a little dry, however it is still a great novel

Summary: Can't wait for the movie.
Review: It's not surprising that the Clancy tomes have worked best as movies. With the possible exception of "Hunt for Red October," the movies have all managed to extract the facinating premises and thrown away most of the lectures in history, political economy, geopolitics, military tactics, military technology and religion that Clancy insists on including in his tomes. This novel is not the exception. Clancy is at his personal best when he focuses on the premise, as he did in "Hunt for Red October." But, in this latest novel, Clancy once again decides to include all his background research instead of doing the novelist's job of transforming the research into textures and moods that convey authenticity in more subtle and less numbing ways. Wait for the movie, or buy the audio book.

Review: This is the best Jack Ryan novel yet. However, I was so disappointed to find out that the novel already ended. Tom Clancy, you better be writing the next one NOW!!

Review: There is no middle ground on any Clancy book. Either you love it or you hate it. This book is no exception. It flows with typical Clancy style - numerous subplots, jumping from plot to plot, and excruciating detail. If this type of story interests you, read this book!

Review: This is a big book, both in page count and in scope. Perhaps even larger than Debt of Honor, this is one magnificent story. With a book like this it's impossible to do a synopsis so I'll just say it's a fantastic read. If you like Tom Clancy's other titles you'll love this.

Review: This is an excellent story with characters that you can really get involved with. This is not a book to read and put down, it is a true page turner drawing you into the plot and it's characters. The plot is so up to date, you will catch the same events happening on the nightly news
