Rating: Summary: Let me tell you it works.. Review: First of all I want to thank Bill for this very motivating and positive way to be mentally and physically healthy. All this people who says it doesnt work doesnt really have the motivation, patience to stick to the program. I am 5'7" and 3 months ago I was 143lbs with 23% bodyfat now I weigh 157lbs with 9% bodyfat. And I use to eat 3 times a day, now 6 times a day or every 3-4 hours. My metabolism had never been this good. I dont think Bill is still concern about getting any richer he's already rich. I've did not accomplished this much improvement when I was younger because I dont stick to it, it's all up to you and say to yourself that you can do it and you'll see that this program is the best. Do this program 4 times a week and follow the nutritional guidelines, I know sometimes we crave for sweets/fat that's okay but dont let it control you, if you want to gain muscle mass do not do more than 30 minutes of cardio a day. I did that and I was losing one pound a day. Follow this routine and I assure you it will work. Have fun and hopefully I motivated some of you like Bill Phillips did to me..

Rating: Summary: Great Book (nuff said) Review: A. This book is clear, concise, and well written. B. This program works (period). C. A message to the critics - Anything that you don't like that Bill sells, you can get your money back from. If you don't like the book, he'll pay for it. If you buy the supplements (NO ONE will force you to) and they don't work, he'll refund your money. If it does actually work, then you paid for something that helps you (just like you have to pay for everything else in the world). If it doesn't help you, you can call 24 hours per day and ask for your money back. Half of Bill's products are free. ALL of Bill's products are top notch. I don't think it's bad for Bill to make tons of money helping millions of people. I don't think that's bad at all. People do it every day and you know what? If someone else will help me like Bill has, I'd be willing to pay them for it too! And as far as giving Bill a hard time for donating millions to charity or saying it's not enough, I think that says something about the critics themselves which makes anything I or anyone else says about them completely unnecessary. D.Lastly, for those who say this book doesn't work or that it doesn't teach anyone anything they didn't know, I say this: This book will work for every healthy person out there if they follow the program. It isn't meant to supply totally new information, just put it together in a new and easy-to-follow way. If you are negative and don't believe that you or anyone else can change, then you are probably right. And as far as doing the program without the supplements. The answer is YES YOU CAN!!! Rating: Summary: An Expensive EAS Ad Review: Myoplex is loaded with aspartame and most people I have trained have stomach problems in a very short period of time; often immediately. There are some very good products on the market that are priced fairly. Every serious body builder knows EAS products do not fit into this category.

If you subscribe to his magazine, save your money and stay with the subscription, however if you want a good workout routine with words of wisdom, this is a decent book. Would liked to have seen more than what magazine already shows though.

Review: I noticed on reviewer here say that MuscleMedia is the magazine that has changed lives and the other magazines are steroid mags. MuscleMedia was the original steroid magazine. Although they did not publish photos of those steroid freaks, they did publish articles about how to buy and use steroids. Are memories so short and the propaganda so great that some should skip reality? This book could have been better. Bill Phillips is a smart guy, maybe his next book will be better.
Rating: Summary: Can't judge a book by it's cover... Review: You are right! You can't judge a book by its cover. If you judged this book by its cover it would be a five star book. When you dig a little deeper and acutally read the book without allowing the hype to get in the way, you will find its not all it claims to be. Rating: Summary: Bill Phillips cares about people and their health! Review: Bill Philips doesn't have to put his time and energy into ordianry people, but he does. I've seen the results of his program on a friend and myself and my husband. Will it work for absolutely everyone? No! No one thing works for everyone! If you've tried loosing weight before and failed then I suggest you get his book (it's about as much as a large pizza or any other diet product or pill), and if you apply yourself and stick to it, it WILL work. Rating: Summary: More Than Just Another Fitness Book Review: When I first heard of Bill Phillips I thought it would be just another BS fitness craze. Yet,after 12 weeks (Starting in january 1999) I had lost 25 pounds, got rock hard abs, went from a 35 waist to a 29 or 30, and I got a new lease on life. I now enjoy buying new clothes (something I had always feared before), and every day when I wake up I love seeing the results. I no longer fear taking my shirt off at the beach, actually it's quite cool to be able to show off a bit! If your tired of failure, and if you need someone to give you the hard facts about bodybuilding and life building then listen to Bill, he won't stear you wrong! This book is one great cornerstone to build a new and much better outlook on life upon.
