Summary: Maybe not the best literary work but ...
Review: Maybe not the best literary work but still offers part of an important message in a very entertaining way. As a devout Christian I can not imagine how people withstand life's ups and downs without Christ. This book, while one man's fictional interpretation of Revelation, depicts holy vs. evil in a truly heart wrenching fashion. Quite a page turner.

Summary: Getting Better; This is the Best of the lot.
Review: When last we visited the Trib-Force, I said, "Head for the hills!" , but these guys don't know the meaning of retreat. That's good for the cause-I'll tell you now I have some trouble getting behind the picture of Carpathia as some kind of buffoon riding a pig and all that-He seems to know that God is in control and cuts some deals; which, by the way he crawfishes on at the first opportunity. We lose some friends by deciept, letting us know that Carpathias' minions are not the dense dumb bunnies we may stereotype them as. Praises to the team of Jenkins and Lahay for the handling of the Chang character. Wonderful and insightful... inspiring. There is a lot more in here for the fans of LEFT BEHIND. Like I said, don't be fooled by Carpathias' foolish antics. He is out to Kill- and Kill he will. One of the great nasty characters in modern literature... One that is to come. If you aren't ready, get ready. I think truth will be much more painful than this mild fiction.

Summary: Keeps me coming back for more...
Review: Another in the excellent fictional rendition of the end times. Yes, there are things about the books that frustrate me. The Trib team's unlimited resources, always an ally inside the government who takes care of everything, technology that works perfectly every time, etc. And yes, there are some theological nits to pick. But on the whole, the characters and stories are compelling enough to keep me coming back. The pace is good (about 2-3 hours/book for me, an average reader) and the stories move along well enough that I cannot feel bored. I cannot give this one a five star rating for one reason (spoiler coming up, for those who haven't read it). Who ends a book with a nuclear bomb in mid-flight headed towards the good guys?!? I mean, come one! But I loved it anyway.

Summary: the best book of the series
Review: the whole series makes you want more the more you read the more you are hooked its a shame that the adventure is almost over.

Summary: Excellent
Review: I thought the book was excellent. I have read each of the nine books and found them all to be refreshing fictional works. Let me repeat fiction. I am a Christian and I am not looking to the Left Behind book series or any other book for that matter to replace the Bible - the infallible word of God. I think others should keep that in mind. While the authors are staying as close as possible in their depiction of the events that will happen after the rapture they clearly state that the books are FICTION.

Summary: Amazing..Must Read
Review: These books get better and better, I have already finished # 9 and looking for the next one, I encourage everyone to read this series it is wonderful.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Excelent as usual
Review: This series has just been wonderful to read and clarifies the Rapture as well as the ensuing battle. Although it is a fictious account I don't believe it could be more real. This particular book is filled with the scripture and with the "Word". They have left this reader thirsty for more becasue we leave the book with the Trib Force split up all going to serveral hot spots and extremely dangersous situations. I only hope we don't have to wait too long for the next book.

This is a definite must read for all followers of the "Left Behind" series.

Summary: Rather Disappointed
Review: I rated this newest addition to the series as only 3 stars because, after finishing the last page, I felt disappointed. With the other books of this series, the first "half" of the story builds up to the climax of the crisis that the previous book ended with. Then the second "half" of the book started a new crisis. DESECRETION was different. The entire book dealt with the topic of the desert sanctuary for the Jewish people who accepted Christ as Messiah and the Antichrist's goal to destroy it/them. There were minor crisis' that were dealt with in the story, but that was pretty much the focus. Don't get me wrong, I think this is an important book for the development of the series, but as an individual segment, I felt it was disappointing after the long wait between books. At the end, I felt I was left hanging. I sincerely hope that the next installment in this series picks up the pace a little bit. This series is an excellent one and the other books were wonderful. I just hope the books to follow are as good as the first eight.

Summary: Great story but....
Review: It's WAY too short. I was one of the few (well, ONLY) who took my behind out to Family Christian store at midnight for their sale October 30 to snag this puppy! Feel now somewhat let down for all that buildup to wait for it to come out! It was a very quick read for my husband as well, he read it in 6 hours, and he's usually got his nose in the books for at least a couple days! He couldn't put this one down though, but kept complaning about how ripped off he felt for waiting for months for this book to come out, and how the type and spacing seems bigger, and margins seem smaller (making the book look fuller!) I am glad that I have checked out the other reviews, I am going to get him that Christ Clone Trilogy if I can figure out who writes it! Thanks so much!

Summary: a vast improvement over the previous books
Review: Although the characters remain poorly written, this book is fast paced and packed with breathtaking action from beginning to end. Thankfully, the authors have given the women characters meatier roles. I am looking forward to the next installment.
